Misión

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is responsible for the implementation of financial and operating analyses and models, identifying trends, recommending, and implementing methods for improvement, business unit analytical support, and long-term strategic planning. 

Funciones

1. Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis, including variance analysis, cost trends, and KPIs to improve financial performance of the company.
2. Designs and maintains complex budget and forecast models and develops budgets for the company and all its operating groups.
3. Develops and manages executive financial reporting and operating performance, communicating conclusions and recommendations to senior executive and operating groups.
4. Develops business cases and supporting financial justifications for proposed capital expenditures, strategic projects, and other significant business commitments.
5. Develops supporting analysis for large scale commercial contracts.

Requisitos

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis roles.
3. Advanced English level mandatory.
4. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
