EXTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

Mission

Responsible for overseeing and leading the external audit function within the organization; ensuring timely and effective financial audits, regulatory reviews and inspections; support the Company internally with the design of key process controls to address audit findings and help achieve SOX compliance. This position will also play a crucial role supporting the various departments with technical accounting and tax questions and ensuring those are appropriately documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive external annual audit plan to comply with internal/regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement together with relevant areas regulatory compliance plan (i.e. tax authority, government authority, etc).
• Help develop a risk matrix and control matrix.
• Support various departments in the implementation of controls established and appropriate documentation required.
• Support Accounting Director with key process controls in the accounting group as primary reviewer.
• Analyze complex accounting that have been raised by the various departments or as a result of day to day operations.
• Support CFO and Director of Accounting with due diligence process associated with future IPO by coordinating the information required with the various departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• Accountant Auditor, Public Accountant, or related.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in audit attending international regulated clients (PCOAB).
