Misión

Lead and optimize the procurement function through strategic sourcing initiatives within JetSMART but also with other Indigo Partner Airlines, that ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, and value creation across key categories, enabling the business to meet its operational and financial goals. 

Funciones

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for critical categories.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier performance. 
• Manage joint procurement initiatives with other airlines. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and legal.
• Drive procurement digitalization and process optimization. 
• Supplier management, monitor KPIs and prepare strategic sourcing reports on suppliers currently contracted.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing. 

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Inglés (mandatory) and espanish.
• Desirable: Master's degree or certification in Procurement
